Starting with the quote, I had 4 or 5 quotes for the interlock in front of my home and in front of the garage (Driveway). Brady was very professional in doing his assessment/measurements. I got the quote the same day, came in late night by e-mail, with the exact drawings of what He was quoting and the work to be done. Brady did his work as a professional and did not ask about the competitors or slander them.

College Interlock quote was one of the lowest price quotes I got, with a very reasonable lead time to do the work.

Later, I requested some extra work, removing a tree and adding a pipe underneath the interlock. That was no issue and the price was very reasonable.

Lead time to do the work was very reasonable and Brady kept the word for dates that were given.

During the summer of 2012 we had the pleasure of having Brady at College Interlock, perfom a substantial amount of work for us on our property. This work involved the full replacement of our entry way steps, the widening of our driveway and the installation of a retaining wall.

Throughout the entire process, Brady and his team were superb. From the initial meeting where Brady listened and understood what we were looking for to the installation and after install support, it has been nothing short of one of the best experiences to date.

During the initial meeting, Brady took the time to answer questions and really understand what we were looking for. He then in short order prepared a comprehensive quote complete with schematics of with the final product would look like. Needless to say a very professional introduction.

Upon deciding to have the work completed, Brady worked around our schedules to select an installation date. His crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly to complete the work on time and on budget. His employees were highly respectful of ourselves and our neighbours. They are clean, prompt and a pleasure to have around.

Needless to say we are thrilled with the finished product. It was expertly installed by knowledgable and creative people who delivered a product on time and on budget. The after support has been second to none as well.
